Flawless coffee again and again, a selection of ever changing deep fried goodness, beautiful minimal space matched with lovely customer service is a definite rarity for Sydney. Finding Paramount Coffee Project some four months back, secured it as my favourite Sunday haunt and possibly cafe in Sydney. We've shared some very memorable food and life moments. The Crab Po Boy has been my go to dish and coffee is a rotation of mochas and filter drips.
